AQHA Level 1 East Private Media Coverage
For the first time ever, private media coverage is now allowed at AQHA-hosted shows—including the Level 1 Championship.
Thanks to a recent rule change, I’m offering a very limited number of private client slots at this year’s show. Coverage includes reels, raw video footage, outdoor portraits, and black background images—custom-created to tell the story of your ride.
What’s Included
Class Coverage
High-quality vertical reels ideal for social media, featuring footage from your class, behind-the-scenes moments, and candids when possible. Final reels will be delivered within 1 week of the completion of the show. Reels will be 15-30 seconds, and will be edited to either your choice of music or royalty free music.
Option to add raw footage or request a fast turnaround if needed.Private Sessions
Professional outdoor mini sessions and black background portraits scheduled around your classes for a polished, timeless look.

First reel – $200
Reels 2–4 – $175 each
Reels 5+ – $150 each
Add-on: 24-hour delivery – $75
Add-on: Raw video included – $50
Outdoor Mini Session – $450
Includes 10+ edited images from a 20-30 minute session. 1 horse, 1 rider, 1 outfit.

1 image – $225

How It Works
Limited Availability: Coverage is first come, first serve. Class conflicts may limit who I can take, and I cannot accept last-minute bookings at the show.
Deposit Required: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
Booking Deadline: All clients must be confirmed and deposits received by Thursday, April 17.
Final Payment: Due no later than the day before your class or session.
