NOTE: I will not be on the grounds until the evening of Monday, August 4. This will limit coverage during that time. I will have another photographer who may be able to cover goes for my Full Show VIP clients.

  • Full Show VIP:

    • Want it all? This package is for exhibitors who want full, start-to-finish coverage of their Youth World experience.

      Includes:

      • Coverage of multiple goes (I’ll do my best to capture them all!)

      • 3 custom edited reels tailored to your favorite moments or themes

      • All raw video footage from your covered classes

      • Every candid photo I take of you and your horse(s) during the show

      Once booked, we’ll chat about your full class schedule and highlight your highest priority classes so I can plan accordingly. While I’ll make every effort to cover every go, please note that occasional conflicts may prevent full coverage.

      This is the most comprehensive way to relive your Youth World journey—on your terms, and beautifully documented.

  • Raw Clips: $200/class

  • Edited Reel: $200/class

  • Raw + Edited Reel: $250/class

  • Candid Photos (No Video): $200/class
    (Includes ring and/or warm-up photos—ideal for social media or keepsakes)

📌 Please note: I cannot provide both photo and video coverage of the same class, but we can mix and match between your classes. We’ll finalize what gets filmed vs. photographed as we get closer to the show!

Mini Sessions

  • 30-Minute Outdoor Mini Session: $450
    (Includes 20–30 minutes of portrait-style photos around the showgrounds—perfect for capturing your Youth World look!)

CUSTOM CONTENT – Brands & Trainers

Brands and trainers, let’s create a package that works for you. Whether you want:

  • Content of specific riders

  • Candid barn coverage

  • A full highlight reel of your team
    I’ll build a plan that fits your goals and your budget. Coverage starts at $300.

Note: You’ll need to provide exhibitor names in advance. I cannot add names to my AQHA media list once the show begins.
