CUSTOM CONTENT – Brands & Trainers

Brands and trainers, let’s create a package that works for you. Whether you want:

  • A full highlight reel of your team
    I’ll build a plan that fits your goals and your budget. Coverage starts at $300.

Note: You’ll need to provide exhibitor names in advance. I cannot add names to my AQHA media list once the show begins.

  • Exhibitors who want professional video or photo coverage of their classes or a private session to celebrate their World Show look.

  • Trainers who want content of their entire program or a highlight reel that showcases their clients.

  • Brands looking for authentic, in-action content of their products or sponsored riders in the show pen.

MEDIA OPTIONS & PRICING for exhibitors

  • Raw Clips: $200/class

  • Edited Reel: $200/class

  • Raw + Edited Reel: $250/class

  • Candid Photos (No Video): $200/class
    (Includes ring and/or warm-up photos—ideal for social media or keepsakes)

✨ Book 3 or more classes and receive a $50 discount per class
📌 Please note: I cannot provide both photo and video coverage of the same class, but we can mix and match between your classes. We’ll finalize what gets filmed vs. photographed as we get closer to the show!

Mini Sessions

  • 30-Minute Outdoor Mini Session: $450
    (Includes 20–30 minutes of portrait-style photos around the showgrounds—perfect for capturing your Youth World look!)

BOOKING DETAILS

  • A $200 deposit is required to reserve your spot

  • Final invoice will be sent once class schedules are finalized

  • Spots are limited and will fill FAST—book early to guarantee coverage!
